This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund for subscriptions purchased on samya.me.

  1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our subscription-based service, all sales are final.

Once access to the digital content is granted, no refund can be issued except in specific cases outlined below.

  1. Eligible Refund Situations

You may request a refund ONLY if:

  • You were charged by mistake due to a technical error.
  • You were charged twice for the same subscription.
  • You could not access the service due to a platform malfunction for more than 72 hours, and the issue was not caused by your device or internet.

Each case is reviewed individually.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be granted if:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer want to continue reading
  • You didn’t like the content
  • You forgot to cancel the subscription before renewal
  • Your device or internet connection prevented use

  1. Subscription Renewals

All renewals are non-refundable once processed.

You may cancel future billing anytime.
